Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part-time) Richmond Hill, GA 31324
As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and serve as the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed. Occasionally, you may work with other products from other companies in the stores that you service.
Salaryand Schedule Details
- Your starting hourly pay rate will be $14.00 to $16.00 depending on your skills and experience.
- We provide paid training, delivered through live, hands‑on instruction as well as virtual classroom training.

- This is a Part‑Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
- Average weekly hours for this position are between 8‑12 hours per week
. - Availability the week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required
. - Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.
- Day‑to‑day engagement: Using a mobile device provided by Hallmark, you will restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products. The use of technology is critical for communication with your supervisor, reporting time, providing feedback, and answering surveys for required merchandising activities. You will also interact professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers.
- Holiday support: You may work additional days and extended hours during holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. On certain holidays you may be required to work on the day itself, including weekends.
- Department resets: You may be part of a team responsible for installations, building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections. Typical notification is two weeks in advance, and assignments may include evenings or weekends.
- One Team Vision: You are part of Hallmark’s field organization network, supporting other team members as needed within your territories.
This is a physically demanding job that requires a high level of energy and a sense of urgency. You will work on the sales floor and in back stockrooms. You must consistently push, pull, lift, and carry cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the workday and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You will also kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the day, and you may need to climb stairs and step ladders.
BasicQualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to lift and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
- Able to operate a digital handheld device to open and read documents.
- Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
- Consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.
