• Greet all guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals and vehicles.
• Patrol the perimeter (interior and exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to alarms, emergencies, and safety hazards.
• Prepare detailed and accurate incident reports and daily activity logs.
• Ensure all rules and regulations are enforced and followed.
• Perform other duties as determined by operations.

• Valid GA 24‑Hr. Certification.
• CPR‑AED Certification.
• GA Driver’s License.
• Basic computer skills (knowledge of Track‑Tik is a plus).
• Ability to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug).
• Highly observant, dependable, and proactive.
• Skilled in conflict de‑escalation.
• Recognized for maintaining a calm, professional, and authoritative presence under pressure.
