Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout loading areas, parking lots, trailer yards, entry points, and perimeter locations;
Monitor assigned areas for suspicious behavior, unauthorized access, and/or policy violations, and communicate with site contacts and local responders when needed;
Support truck gate and facility access operations by checking credentials, directing visitors and/or deliveries, and maintaining accurate activity logs and incident reports
