We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. This role will serve as a trusted partner, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while helping drive organizational priorities and initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident working with executive leadership. This position requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Act as a strategic administrative partner by anticipating needs, managing competing priorities, and resolving issues proactively
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and briefing materials to support executive decision-making
- Attend leadership meetings, capture accurate notes, track action items, and ensure follow-through
- Coordinate executive meetings, off‑site sessions, and internal events, ensuring a professional and seamless experience
- Manage sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
- Support internal communication across departments to ensure alignment and clarity
- Oversee logistics for executive meetings, including conference rooms, schedules, and materials
- Partner cross‑functionally to support key initiatives and operational processes
- Assist with reporting, tracking, and organization of executive priorities and projects
- 3–5+ years of experience supporting executive or senior leadership
- Strong executive presence with the ability to interact confidently with leadership teams
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Proven ability to manage complex schedules, priorities, and deadlines - Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Highly adaptable with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience supporting executive-level meetings and coordinating high-level events preferred
