Mandatory Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst within a complex workplace.
- Minimum 2 years working with CRM systems (e.g., Oracle Sales and Service, MS Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Hub Spot) — Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales and Service is preferred.
- Experience gathering CRM requirements covering, at minimum: contact, account, case, service request, and work order.
- Solid business background or solid IT understanding, with a relevant degree in business or IT.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment, set priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working in an Agile-Iterative environment and methodology.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group including executives, managers, and SMEs.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
