Cladding Site Supervisor Richmond

Contemporary Design Exteriors Ltd. is a growing exterior cladding company specializing in stucco, fibre cement siding, soffits, and exterior finishing projects across the Lower Mainland.

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor / Quality Control Coordinator to oversee multiple active construction projects across various jobsites.

• Travel to various jobsites throughout the Lower Mainland
• Attend site meetings and coordinate with project teams
• Monitor quality control and workmanship
• Coordinate crews, materials, and daily site operations
• Ensure projects are progressing on schedule
• Identify and help resolve site issues and deficiencies
• Communicate with management, consultants, site supers, and crews
• Take site photos and provide regular updates
• Ensure secure and efficient work practices are being followed

• Minimum 3 years experience in stucco, siding, or exterior cladding
• Solid knowledge of construction site operations
• Ability to read drawings and details
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Self-motivated and dependable
