As an Estimator, you will consistently generate positive feedback from clients and other team members and is critical to the company's commitment to building long‑term relationships. You will ensure each project is completed on time and within budget by:

Establishing consistent budgets at conceptual stages of design
Quantifying take‑offs using OST
Developing precise bid scope of work documents
Subcontractor bidding and evaluations for client review and approval
Creating baseline construction schedule
Working with Marketing Dept. to develop proposals
Leading the estimating role in project interviews/presentations

Are you a seasoned construction professional with a penchant for excellence and a knack for leadership? Our company is seeking a Superintendent/Senior Superintendent to join our dynamic team. As a leading player in the construction industry, we pride ourselves on delivering top‑tier construction projects across various sectors. One of our primary areas of focus is the healthcare sector, and we are looking for a professional who brings significant healthcare construction experience to the table.

This position will offer you the chance to work on diverse projects, collaborate with a team of skilled professionals, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities

Overseeing all stages of project life cycle and ensuring that projects are completed within time and budget constraints.

Supervising the construction process to ensure all safety and quality control standards are met.

Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they fully understand expectations and responsibilities.

Reviewing work progress on a daily basis and resolving any arising issues or delays.

Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other construction and building specialists.

Ensuring all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met.

Preparing internal and external reports pertaining to job status and progress.

Implementing strategies to prevent delays and stay on schedule and budget.

Conducting regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders, reporting on progress, obstacles, and solutions.

Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a superintendent role within the construction industry, with a significant part of that experience being in healthcare construction.

A bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.

An in‑depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.

Excellent knowledge of construction safety regulations and procedures.

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in construction management software and other relevant computer applications.

Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
