One passionate professional with Mild to Moderate CTC licensure will find a fulfilling role, empowering students to grow academically, social, and emotionally.
Qualifications and Experience Sought:
- Active CTC credential with Mild to Moderate authorization required
- Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher in upper elementary or middle school settings
- Ability to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Skillful in adapting curriculum and employing differentiated instruction strategies
- Committed to fostering positive student outcomes and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Delivering individualized instruction for students in grades 58 based on their unique learning needs
- Writing, updating, and managing IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Working closely with parents, faculty, and support staff to create a supportive environment
- Collecting data and monitoring progress to inform instructional decisions
- Attending and contributing to meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
- Advocating for each students best interests at every turn
