Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Active CTC credential with Mild to Moderate authorization required
• Proven experience as a Special Education Teacher in upper elementary or middle school settings
• Ability to design and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Skillful in adapting curriculum and employing differentiated instruction strategies
• Committed to fostering positive student outcomes and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Strong organizational, communication, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering individualized instruction for students in grades 58 based on their unique learning needs
• Writing, updating, and managing IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Working closely with parents, faculty, and support staff to create a supportive environment
• Collecting data and monitoring progress to inform instructional decisions
• Attending and contributing to meetings, professional development, and school initiatives
• Advocating for each students best interests at every turn
