As a Project Coordinator, you will work with an cutting‑edge team to control budgets, synchronize deliverables, and forecast expenses for engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include setting up project details in Unanet and SharePoint, developing schedules in Microsoft Project, and coordinating tasks to meet budget and timeline targets.

• Set up project details in Unanet and Share Point
• Develop project schedules using Microsoft Project
• Create and review budgets and activity lists in Excel
• Organize team and client meetings to ensure alignment
• Validate subcontractor payments and prepare billing corrections

• Minimum one year of Project Management experience
• Certificate or degree in Engineering or Project Management
• Intermediate or advanced MS Office skills
• Self‑starter with solid problem‑solving abilities
• Resourceful and accountable in project execution
