Overview
Join an agile team as an RF Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on the development and implementation of robust manufacturing processes.
This in‑office role emphasizes collaboration with both Engineering and Production teams. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the smooth transition of recent products into production, utilizing your engineering background to refine manufacturing procedures.
Responsibilities- Conduct first article inspections and share findings with Engineering.
- Process Engineering Change Orders.
- Improve workflow efficiency to cut cycle times and reduce costs.
- Evaluate and enhance production procedures for accuracy.
- Support Engineering Change Orders.
- Work with Production Technicians to resolve assembly issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in RF/high-frequency testing.
- ISO 9001 manufacturing familiarity.
- Knowledge of ESD control procedures (preferred).
Elevate production standards with your expertise in RF systems and manufacturing engineering.
