Who We AreBTA was founded in 2017 and we specialize in working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in Northern California, with the goal of providing high quality services while making sure our BTs are given the tools to further their career in ABA. - Bachelor's Degree Completed OR RBT Certification Required
- Have availability Monday through Friday between 3pm - 8pm
- An upbeat and creative attitude to efficiently engage with clients through play-based therapy
- Patience and passion to serve clients of varying ability
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to maintain a consistent schedule with clients
- Ability to complete job's physical demands such as lifting children up to 30 lbs, frequent sitting and standing, kneeling, and running with children
- English fluency required
- Delivering ABA treatment programs developed by a BCBA
- Providing direct client care in a 1:1 setting in the client's home
- Working with clients & families to implement client treatment plan
- Attending staff meetings, training, and other meetings as requested
- Completing daily data collection in a detailed and timely manner
- Ability to obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice
- Must have a valid driver s license, personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance
- Must adhere to all federal, state and local laws/legislation as applicable as well as HIPAA laws and regulatory agencies
- Must attend all BTA required training
- Must pass health screenings, obtain vaccinations and clear TB testing per company policies
- Ability to obtain and maintain CPR certificate
- Must have the following immunizations:
Rubella (2-series), Rubeola (2-series), Mumps (2-series), Varicella (2-series), Hepatitis B (3-series) (Declination acceptable), Pertussis (Tdap) (Declination acceptable), Absence of Tuberculosis (TB)
