Senior Analytics in Technology Division; Richmond

Drive innovation as a Senior Analytics Solutions Engineer with WorkSafeBC, focusing on performance management and data exploration. This is an 18-month temporary position to enhance analytics capabilities using low-code/no-code technologies.

In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and supporting various analytics solutions critical for operational success across key business areas. Your responsibilities span from leading design sessions to managing project resources effectively. You will advocate for user-centric designs and conduct analysis to uncover insights from diverse data sources, all while ensuring high-quality deliverables.

• Facilitate governance of production analytics solutions
• Lead project management initiatives with departmental teams
• Design and build composite analytics applications
• Manage content on analytics platforms securely
• Collaborate and gather requirements from internal teams

• An undergraduate degree in Business or STEM
• At least three years of experience in analytics delivery
• Knowledge in management of information systems
• Proven skills in business process analysis
• Criminal record check consent required
