Location:
Richmond, BC | Job Type: Full Time
- Execute and support campaigns across CRM, CMS, and owned channels (email, website, app, SMS, digital signage)
- Build, QA, and troubleshoot automated customer journeys, templates, and digital assets
- Write and maintain code for marketing assets (HTML, CSS; some JavaScript/JSON)
- Support personalization, journey logic, and platform configuration
- Assist with integrations, data flows, and third‑party marketing tools
- Partner with Marketing, IT, Analytics, designers, and vendors on execution and testing
- Maintain documentation, templates, and technical standards
- Stay current on Mar Tech tools, platform updates, and digital best practices
- Post‑secondary education in Marketing Technology, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Mar Tech, CRM, digital production, or marketing systems
- Hands‑on experience supporting email marketing and automated journeys
- Strong HTML and CSS skills; working knowledge of JavaScript and JSON
- Experience translating marketing requirements into technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid‑paced environment
- Knowledge of digital standards such as CASL, GDPR, accessibility, SEO, and data privacy
- Experience in retail, loyalty, mobile app, or multi‑channel environments is an asset
Starting pay will fall within the salary range indicated and may vary based on job‑related experience, knowledge, and education.
