Lead local supplier engagement initiatives as a Procurement Manager. Your role will focus on implementing procurement strategies and enhancing supplier performance through effective relationships and compliance monitoring.
You will collaborate with North America Category Managers to execute procurement strategies that support business priorities. Critical to this role is the management of both operational and tactical procurement, along with overseeing contract implementation to maintain compliance with corporate standards.
Building robust relationships with stakeholders is vital to optimize procurement processes and drive value.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee tactical procurement of local goods and services
- Ensure successful contract execution and compliance
- Monitor and report on supplier performance metrics
- Negotiate local supplier contracts and onboarding
- Identify spend optimization opportunities
- University Degree in Business or related domain
- Minimum 5 years in procurement or category management
- Demonstrable strategic sourcing experience
- Skilled in Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
- Robust analytical and relationship-building skills
