Position Responsibilities:

  • Field based position supporting the East Bay territory
  • This role will oversee a team of chain spirits specialists
  • Field based position supporting retail and chain accounts
  • As a Sales Supervisor, you are responsible for providing effective leadership, training, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
  • You will direct sales and merchandising efforts in assigned retail stores to ensure results are consistent with company goals for displays, shelving position, and pricing
  • You will assist the Sales Manager in addressing customer issues, monitoring competitive activity, and managing potential overage situations in the market
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of supervisory experience
  • Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
