Position Summary
Start or grow your manufacturing career in the semiconductor industry. We are seeking Production Workers to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Most roles involve assembly work in a cleanroom environment, which is required to support the quality standards of the semiconductor industry. The Production Worker performs a variety of manufacturing duties, primarily focused on assembly in a cleanroom environment, as well as checking and gauging parts, material handling, storing, crafting, and shipping‑related production work. This role is essential to maintaining product quality, production efficiency, and a safe work environment.
Responsibilities- Perform product assembly in a cleanroom environment
- Perform checking, gauging, material handling, storing, and shipping support work
- Maintain required tolerances using gauges and test equipment
- Visually inspect parts and identify obvious defects or manufacturing issues
- Read basic blueprints and use simple hand and powered tools
- Stop operations and report issues when problems are identified
- Support a safe, organized, and productive work environment
- Work closely with a highly engaged team to meet quality and production goals
This position is represented by the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL‑CIO, Local 1584 (Bay Area District 190). Initiation fees and monthly union dues are required.
Union Contract includes a 90‑day probation period, starting rate of $19.22, and progression to $24.15 after 1 year from hire date, and to $29.09 after 2 years from hire date.
Qualifications- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability and willingness to work in a cleanroom environment (requiring specific Personal Protective Equipment / PPE)
- Basic math skills required. MS Excel knowledge preferred
- Basic ability to follow blueprint or assembly instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Safety‑first mindset
- Commitment to producing quality, defect‑free products for customer satisfaction
- Problem‑solving skills and willingness to speak up when issues arise
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Related assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to work on 1st shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm or 2nd shift from 2:30pm to 11:00pm M‑F
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime on mornings (1st shift), nights (2nd shift), and/or weekends is preferred

Compensation & Benefits- Pay range determined by Union
Contract:
$19.22/hr to $29.09/hr
