Richmond Post-Acute Care is looking for a dependable and caring Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team on the AM shift
.

Our CNAs are a huge part of our building. They are the people who spend the most time with our residents, notice the little changes, and help make each day a little easier for the people we care for.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up for their team, treats residents with dignity, and understands that the small things matter.

As a CNA, you will help residents with their daily needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, transfers, mobility, and other activities of daily living.

You will also help answer call lights, keep residents comfortable, follow care plans, document care, and report any changes in condition to the nurse.

This role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and very important to the overall care of our residents.

• Current California CNA certification required.
• SNF experience is preferred, but we are willing to work with the right person.
