• Graduated from an approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
• Nurse Assistant must be enrolled in an approved Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program and must pass a competency skills check.
• Current California C.N.A Certification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to communicate in the English language.
• Experience with Electronic Medical records. Computer experience is required.
• Able to perform in a high pace environment.
• Strong sense of teamwork.
• Ability to demonstrate calmness, and patience when caring for residents.
• Must be consistent and reliable.
• Pay rate will be discussed in the interview.
