Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) -Richmond​/Oakland

Weekend Home Health RN (Field)

Full Time (24 visits per week with benefits) or Part Time (18 visits per week). Non-traditional schedules are available, e.g., Thursday-Monday.

Area #8 covers the following cities:
Richmond, Rodeo, El Cerrito, El Sobrante, Hercules, Pinole, San Pablo, Crockett, Kensington and covers the areas of Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, Albany, Emeryville, Piedmont.

Must be able to train for 5 days Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm in San Ramon (onsite).

The Home Health RN monitors a patient’s overall health and, in partnership with a primary care physician, develops an individualized plan of care. Each RN functions as a case manager and works independently to deliver quality healthcare, providing specialized services such as wound therapy, post-surgical care, and ostomy care management.

• Minimum 1 year RN experience, preferably in acute, SNF, Home Health or Hospice setting
• Active CA Registered Nursing License
• AA, BSN or MSN
• Reliable transportation
• Current CPR or BLS Card
