About This Role
The Nurse House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all staff in the facility, acting as the on-site administrative designee during off-shifts and weekends, and ensuring optimal patient care through effective clinical nursing practice.
Highlights- Pay: $105 - $121/hour
- Location: Richmond, CA
- Facility: Kaiser Permanente
- Schedule: Full Time
- Oversee staff and coordinate daily activities to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
- Manage care delivery operations in a 24/7 environment.
- Supervise hospital administrative functions to support patient care.
- Facilitate team meetings and manage compliance timelines.
- Monitor quality and safety of clinical practices and services.
- Develop work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines.
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams and hold them accountable for performance.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Implement emergency preparedness programs and ensure staff training.
- Identify and recommend improvement opportunities for operations.
Education:
- Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience:
- Leadership experience required
Licenses &
Certifications:
- Current RN License in California
