Elevate quality standards as a QA Manager overseeing ISO 9001:2015 systems in our manufacturing facility. Lead a team of QC Inspectors and manage customer-quality interactions effectively. We are searching for a decisive Quality Assurance Manager with extensive QA/QC experience in fabrication, machining, or manufacturing.
In this leadership role, you will direct a team of QC Inspectors, handle audits, and serve as the go‑to authority for quality issues. Your commitment to continuous improvement will directly impact our operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of QC Inspectors
- Maintain EBCO's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System
- Oversee internal and external quality audits
- Serve as primary authority on quality decisions
- Develop Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) as needed
- 5+ years in QA/QC within manufacturing
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Solid knowledge of fabrication and welding quality
- Experience managing customer quality requirements
- Canadian work rights required
