Responsibilities
- Own and Prioritize the Product Backlog
- Manage and prioritize product setup and updates to ensure timely and accurate launches.
- Drive product readiness across the website and D365 systems.
- Set up and maintain product data including attributes, categorization, pricing inputs, services, and fulfillment requirements.
- Perform merchandising readiness checks to ensure products are complete and customer-ready.
- Complete D365-specific setup checks to ensure products are configured correctly before flowing into sales, pricing, inventory, and order management processes.
- Support price agreement workflows through validation, documentation, and administrative coordination.
- Set up promotions on the website and support promotion configuration in D365.
- Validate offer details including timelines, eligibility, pricing, messaging, and coupon requirements.
- Ensure promotions are accurate, clear, and ready for customer engagement.
- Partner with Merchandising, Purchasing, eCommerce, Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to remove blockers and ensure smooth product and promotion launches.
- Communicate clearly to resolve data or system issues efficiently.
- Monitor and troubleshoot product and promotion setup issues, identifying root causes and escalating when required.
- Maintain SOPs, QA checklists, and reporting to support consistency and transparency.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve speed to market.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with product, pricing, promotion, and system data.
- Experience with ecommerce, ERP, PIM, or catalog management systems, Excel (Vlookup/Xlookup).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or the ability to learn quickly).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong QA mindset with the ability to identify and resolve data issues proactively.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- A collaborative, cross‑functional approach.
- Analytical thinking and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Bonus points if you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Commerce.
- Familiarity with tools such as Akeneo, Commercetools, Builder.io, or Algolia.
- Knowledge of appliance categories, manufacturer data, or retail pricing structures.
- Experience supporting promotions, price agreements, or retail pricing workflows.
- Experience building SOPs, documentation, or operational reporting.
- Experience identifying opportunities to leverage AI or automation tools to streamline processes, improve data accuracy, and increase efficiency.
