Responsibilities- On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.
- You’ll be part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing or potential customers.
- You’ll work a schedule between 9 am‑9 pm, including weekends, and monthly seniority‑based schedules are available two weeks in advance.
- In this fast‑paced environment, being flexible and open to change helps you stay current with evolving tech and the ways we work to meet customers’ needs.
- Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus. No sales experience? We’ll provide the tools, training and coaching needed to help you meet and exceed goals!
Our Retail Sales Consultant earns between $20.98 – $22.98 per hour plus up to $13,700 in commissions if all sales goals are met. With uncapped commission opportunities, top sellers can earn $62 460 per year. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

Sign‑on bonus is not applicable to internal employees. AT&T reserves the right, at its discretion, to pay your first portion of the bonus after 6 months of employment ($3,000), the second payment after 9 months ($3,000), and the third and final payment after 1 year ($4,000). Total payouts equal $10,000. Eligibility also includes being in good standing at time of payout.
