Senior Prenatal Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site Application Qualification of systems;
• Provide training to customers on automated liquid handling/imaging instrumentation and platform specific software;
• Perform troubleshooting of applications for NIPT assay and instrument service as needed;
• Conduct demonstrations to potential customers on instrumentation and software;
• Conduct post deployment support including SOP implementation and troubleshooting;
• Provide product training to customers as new features/functionality are available;
• Act as the subject matter expert during customer-facing activities;
• Collaborate with Field Team members to develop and deploy systems and tools;

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related;
• 3 years of experience providing biotechnology support in a clinical prenatal/diagnostics laboratory testing environment;
• 3 years of experience with Hamilton Star/Starlet equipment;
• 3 years of experience with cfDNA Extraction equipment;
• 2 years of experience with Clinical Imaging equipment;
• 2 years of experience with Supporting testing equipment and clinical testing workflows;
• Up to 15% domestic and international travel, as necessary.
