Remote Construction Technician; Richmond

Responsibilities

• Work on a construction site to build municipal, industrial, or agricultural storage systems.
• Operate power tools and equipment to assemble tanks, such as impact tools, torque wrenches, and caulking guns.
• Collaborate with a crew of approximately five members, including a foreman, to coordinate daily tasks and ensure efficiency.
• Adhere to project timelines and safety standards.

• Ability to work within a safety‑focused, team‑based environment.
• Previous construction experience.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Valid Class G driver’s license or capability to commute to crew meeting points.
• Physical aptitude for demanding work, including standing, kneeling, and lifting.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving construction practices.
• Readiness to travel, including overnight stays, across Canada.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Hourly wage commensurate with experience, starting at $26.00 per hour.
