Truck Driver CDL B – Home Daily

Ryder System – Richmond, CA

• Hourly Pay: $29.32 per hour
• Hours per week: 50+ hours
• Paid weekly
• Schedule:
  
  Tuesday–Friday (some Saturdays mandatory), Start 5:00 AM
• Equipment: 36‑month or newer trucks with 24/7 roadside maintenance
• Fuel:
  Company provided at over 800 maintenance facilities nationwide

• Uniforms, cell phone, and boot allowance provided
• Paid personal time off: 80 hours accrued in first year; unused balance paid at hourly rate

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Detect, eliminate, or minimize safety hazards
• Maintain accurate logs and records
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading as required by customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass Ryder drug test and background/motor‑vehicle check (last 3–10 years)
• Pass DOT physical and Ryder road test
• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with required endorsements
• 9 months experience within last 3 years, OR 2 years’ experience within last 5 years, OR 5 years’ experience within last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, regulations, and policies
