Clean Harbors is currently looking for a Shipping/Receiving Coordinator to join their team! As a Coordinator
, you will be responsible for supporting shipping and receiving operations, maintaining inventory data, managing documentation, and assisting with administrative duties to ensure smooth facility operations.
Hours:
7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $24 per hour (Pay range $17.14 – $39.81)

- Perform daily tasks of drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, and offloading trucks.
- Complete and submit all associated paperwork as required for waste tracking movements, and use scanning application.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
- Prepare all outbound shipments for final destination: barcoded, weighed, palletized.
- Coordinate loads between hubs, plants, and central logistics; ensure transportation efficiency and maintain compliance with storage permits; dispatch transportation from hubs, maximizing trailer weights.
- Assist in tracking of manifest return timelines.
- Maintain Hub Database Outlook – Hub Management.
- Assure proper DOT exemptions are utilized for proper transfer and management of TTT containers prior to departure from facility.
- Report and assist on any issues that may occur at the hub facility, such as leaks or releases, to the Health & Safety Manager or Compliance Manager immediately.
- May be assigned additional duties not listed above based on business needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1+ years of related experience.
- Forklift experience preferred (not required).
- Ability to use computer.
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.
