Role Summary

The incumbent will ensure the safety of aircraft, equipment, and fellow teammates. The Ramp Attendant must provide outstanding customer service and exemplify Company values given the public nature of this role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Load and unload cargo and baggage on/off the aircraft in a secure and efficient manner
  • Marshall aircraft in and out of the ramp safely and efficiently
  • De-ice aircraft when required
  • Understand and communicate pit load counts to other departments
  • Maintain constant awareness of surroundings for potential safety hazards
Must Haves
  • Required to obtain and retain a valid Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC)
  • Required to obtain and retain a valid Class D/DR Airside Vehicle Operations Permit (AVOP) within 90 days of employment
  • Able to physically move within tight spaces such as aircraft galleys and seats
  • Be flexible to work early mornings, evenings, split shifts, weekends, holidays
  • A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
  • Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada
Nice to Haves
  • Valid First Aid
  • Previous aviation experience
  • Previous customer service experience
