Ruan is hiring local Class A CDL truck drivers based in Richmond, CA, to haul grocery products for our dedicated customer, Whole Foods. Drivers will complete multi-stop deliveries using an electric pallet jack. Candidates must have at least 9 months of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience to be considered. This is a collective bargaining operation, with union bids on schedules determined by seniority.

Get paid weekly while averaging $80,000 - $90,000 per year! Earn $33.50 per hour, with overtime after 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week. Drivers are guaranteed a 40-hour workweek.
ScheduleBe home daily with a five-day workweek and 8-to-12-hour shifts! This operation has union bin on schedules, subject to change at rebid time. The current opening is a p.m. shift with weekends required.
EquipmentDrive a late-model Day Cab serviced by our skilled maintenance team while hauling product in refrigerated trailers. Assist via an electric pallet jack and use snow chains for the mountains.
Snow chaining experience required to drive Reno and Tahoe routes year-round.

Minimum Requirements- Must be at least 22 years or older
- No more than three moving violations in the past three years (some restrictions apply)
- No more than one DOT recordable preventable accident in the last three years
- With the Department of Transportation's Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse in effect, all applicants must create a profile .gov before being hired
- 9 months of tractor-trailer experience within the past three years
- Must be able to read and speak the English language sufficiently to converse with the general public, understand highway traffic signs and signals in English, respond to official inquiries, and make entries on reports and records
