Full‑Time Warehouse Supervisor, Richmond, BC.

• Full‑time, permanent.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday. Must be able to work between the hours of 6am-5pm.
• Salary: $60, per year, plus performance bonus.

• Ensures operational procedures for activities such as verification of incoming receipts and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of products, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
• Inspects the physical condition of the warehouse and equipment, and communicates the need for repairs and requisitions for replacement of equipment.
• Collaborates with other distribution centers and business leaders to ensure coordination of all business activities.
• Participates in employee safety and plant protection activities.
• Provides leadership, ensures adherence to company practices and procedures, and applies corrective action when needed.
• Interviews, trains, and retains staff; conducts performance monitoring of staff, initiates follow‑through with disciplinary action when appropriate; mentors, motivates, and develops staff and serves as a role model and resource to them.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• At least 3 years of warehouse experience and 1 year of leadership experience.
• Forklift certification is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong motivation toward company, team, and individual results.
• Ability to work effectively with others and build and maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships.
• Good time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure, challenging environment.
