This position is based at our Richmond, California location of TOP PRODUCTIONS.
The position of Field Associate-Installer performs tasks involving physical labor at job sites and heavy construction projects. It also performs all aspects of warehouse functions as needed, including the receiving, storing, handling, shipping and preparing of products for customer delivery while maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion. It also requires frequent travel between job sites locally and out of state.
Must have dependable transportation to Richmond warehouse location. Transportation between job sites or out of state is provided by company.
$19.18 Per Hour
Responsibilities- Work at different job sites and travel to clients’ locations as needed.
- Load and unload trucks at the warehouse and on job sites.
- Set up tents, tables, chairs, stages, etc as directed by the Crew Lead or Project Manager.
- Build temporary fencing and place road barricades.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools and may clean.
- Prepare sites, dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, clean up rubble and debris, and remove waste materials.
- Receive equipment coming into the warehouse accurately and promptly.
- Verify the quantity and description of equipment received by checking against order.
- Examine incoming equipment and report damaged items.
- Accurately place materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas in an orderly manner.
- Enter quantity received against the purchase order in the computer system and print back order and inventory stock put away list.
- Attach identifying tag or labels to materials or markings information on cases, bales, or other containers.
- Ensure warehouse/equipment is maintained on a regular basis.
- Safely operate all necessary equipment in work area.
- Accurately identify and count stock materials as listed on the work order.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications- Previous tent construction and take down experience preferred.
- Warehouse and distribution experience preferred.
- Forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
- Able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment.
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
- Able to be on their feet for upwards of 8 hours a day.
- Positions spend about 90% of the time standing, walking, lifting, pulling and pushing.
- Positions may require climbing of ladders for top-level selection.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Be able to identify product by size, type, style, color or product code.
- Solid reading skills – must be able to read orders/match orders on shipping tickets to items picked.
- Ability to understand and execute instructions.
- General understanding of the warehouse and footprint.
