Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading organization in the food distribution industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the Distribution Support team supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $19.45

** Shift:
** 1st Shift (6:00AM - 2:30PM)

** What's the Job?*
* + Pick, stack, label, and distribute products within the warehouse efficiently and accurately.

+ Transport materials from the picking area to designated locations, ensuring proper handling and safety.

+ Sort and place materials on pallets or bakery dollies according to size, type, style, color, or product code.

+ Load and unload bread trays from trucks, following safety procedures and productivity goals.

+ Utilize RF scanning and voice picking equipment to support directed order picking, if applicable.

** What's Needed?*
* + High School diploma or GED equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

+ Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

+ Strong attention to safety, food safety, and hygiene guidelines.

+ Ability to follow standard operating procedures and meet productivity goals.

+ Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
