Salary: $24/hr [Trainee] to $45/hr [

• Install and service HVAC systems through proper procedures and industry best practices.
• Bolster the customer experience through superior communication focused on customer retention and satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with other technicians, onsite and internal, to promote and ensure a 100% customer satisfaction experience.
• Remain up to date on the latest industry trends, installation methods, systems, and technology available within the market and the business.
• Install Techs will assiston Service & Maintenance calls as needed in shoulder season.

• Mechanically inclined or previous mechanical experience
• Customer service skills
• Experience consulting with customer issues and giving beneficial solutions
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills – comfortable with professional communication with the customers you serve
• Demonstrate a willingness to accept responsibility and direction
• Experience in a team-oriented organization
• Self-starter attitude
• Willingness to invest time in training and classes
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record. Please note that you must be an insurable driver and possess a current State Driver’s License. You must also be 25 years of age with 2+ years of driving experience.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School, a plus
• EPA or other certifications are a PLUS
