Patient Volume:
Trauma: 1-2/month;
Adult: 9-10/day;
Peds: 0-2/day;
No Neonates;
Average Surgeries a day:
Trauma 0-1 and Elective 6-10

The practice consists of general anesthesia, OB, vascular surgery, cath lab, healthy peds, occasional NORA, and basic nerve blocks. No CRNA supervision.

Procedures:
The provider needs to agree to perform ALL the following cases from Day 1. No exceptions. They will have to sign the attestation form for these procedures (attached form)

THIS IS REQUIRED

• Healthy pediatrics down to 6 months of age
• Major vascular/interventional vascular including AAA repair
• Cardiac Cath lab cases
• OB
• Trauma
• Regional Anesthesia/Peripheral nerve blocks

EMR: EPIC

License: IN License or IMLC

Certifications:

B LS (through AHA), DEA, BC/BE (Certification must be obtained within 5 years of residency)

Relevant Exp: MUST have 2 years of experience of Anesthesia

Additional Info: 11 Physicians on staff (General and Cardiac), support staff with have 1 assistant but NO CRNA.
