Active Indiana license or IMLC - Board:
Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) - DEA:
Active DEA Certification required - Certifications:
BLS (AHA issued), ACLS (AHA issued) - Experience:
Minimum 2 years post-residency experience preferred - Other
Qualifications:
Must enter orders in Epic; order entry and timekeeping via Vemsta platform; flu and COVID vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions accepted)
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic gastroenterology procedures as listed above
- Manage inpatient GI consults, rounding, and treatment plans
- Provide 24-hour on-call coverage for assigned dates
- Enter clinical orders and maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR
- Collaborate with hospital staff and support teams to ensure quality patient care
- Attend mandatory in-person orientation before assignment start
