• Growing group of 12 Anesthesiologists that work 1099 for a physician‑led hospital
• Physicians prefer 1099 arrangement which allows for very flexible work schedule and hours!
• EOD is usually 3:30 on non‑call days!
• LOW call burden - 1:13 weekends for onsite call!
• 45 weeks per year is min requirement, but more unpaid vacation time is available if desired!
• 45,000 inpatient cases per year (avg of 15 inpatient cases per day including open heart and 60 outpatient per day).
