Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Tax Accountant to join our growing team. This permanent, full‑time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, providing comprehensive tax services and strategic financial guidance. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, conducting tax planning, and reviewing tax returns.

- Preparing and reviewing complex tax returns (individual, corporate, partnership, multi‑state, etc.) ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and state tax laws.
- Providing tax planning services and offering strategic financial advice to clients.
- Researching and interpreting tax laws and regulations to ensure optimal tax benefits for clients.
- Collaborating with team members to manage, develop, and maintain client relationships.
- Identifying and implementing tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and increase client profitability.
- Assisting in IRS and state tax audits.
- Keeping up‑to‑date with industry trends, changes in tax laws, and new tax planning strategies.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A CPA is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax.
- Proficient in tax software and technology platforms.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes, regulations, and case law.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct tax planning and review tax returns.
- Exceptional analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to client confidentiality.
