The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing value added reporting and analysis to achieve budget goals and supporting continuous improvement activities relating to Finance. This position focuses on Accounts Payable, Material Variances, Inventory and Fixed Assets.

- Financial Closing & Reporting:
Lead month-end closing activities, including the preparation of precise journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and the monthly Plant Performance Report for controller review. - Variance Analysis & Forecasting:
Partner with budget owners and Plant Controllers to analyze expense variances, develop accurate accruals, and actively drive the annual operating budget, standard costing, and quarterly Latest Estimate (LE) forecasts. - Operations & Spend Management:
Optimize SAP purchase order (PO) workflows, monitor open commitments, ensure timely goods receipts, and collaborate with engineering to financially close capital projects and track vendor spending. - Internal Controls & Asset Protection:
Support Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audit testing, enforce internal control SOPs, manage fixed assets reporting, and coordinate cycle and year-end inventory physical counts. - Continuous Improvement & Partnership:
Drive Accounts Payable (A/P) process improvements to reduce transactional costs, analyze production orders to minimize absolute material losses, and deliver periodic financial training to cross-functional plant teams.
Bachelor's degree
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field
- 2+ years of prior accounting/finance related work experience
- Very strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Suits
- Ability to research and resolve invoice issues, while working with different parties (vendors, budget owners and corporate departments)
- Experience with SAP or other enterprise resource planning systems
- Google Workspace tools (ideally also DOMO, Data Studio & AODocs)
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently with in team environment to meet deadlines
- English Proficiency
Salary Range: $76,800.00 - $ USD (Salary Range $75,000-$100,000) – Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
