JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY OF POSITION
Oversees the daily operations of a 90-day recovery housing programs for men or women in recovery from substance use and co‑occurring disorder. Ensure client care and safety; assist in budgeting and grant compliance, housing certification and accreditation, scheduling services and activities, implementing protocols, and maintaining compliance with residential policies and procedures as well as providing daily supervision of program staff. Responsible for working closely with facilities to address maintenance issues and complete safety drills as directed.
In addition, Oversees implementation of evidence‑based practices and curriculum. Works collaboratively and maintains a positive professional communication with community partners and referral sources.
- Responsible for the Recovery and Disaster Plan preparation requirements
- Responsible for meeting standards related to Division of Mental Health and Addiction, Recovery Residences/Recovery Works and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.
- Ensure the facility is clean, safe and well maintained
- Responsible for interviewing and accepting new clients and for ensuring clients meet medical necessity for Intensive Outpatient Treatment level of care.
- Ensure clients follow program and policy requirements and participate in intake process, care and transition planning.
- Collaborate with referral sources.
- Planning and implementing program activities, and program budget.
- Provide initial and ongoing training to staff.
- Hire and evaluate program staff.
- Works with clients in early recovery and provides structure and support to establish foundation for long‑term recovery.
- Monthly chart audits
- Ensure that all staff meet productivity standards set forth by Centerstone.
- Census Management
- Collaborate with community partners on community events
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to utilize an electronic medical record
- Understanding of substance use/ co-occurring disorders
- Understanding of medicated assisted treatment
- Working knowledge of recovery
- Ability to be innovative and flexible
- Appreciates the importance of evidence-based practices.
- Critical thinking skills
- Organized with attention to detail.
- Manages timeline to complete tasks and meets deadlines
Bachelor's degree in social services required. Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience considered in place of education requirement.
Years of ExperienceThree to five years' experience in behavioral health environment with addictions/substance use disorder. Experience in evidence-based and best practices interventions is preferred.
Certification/LicensureANSA Certified, if applicable work toward licensure.

Pay Range$43,900.00--$61,370.00
