Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Core hours are 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM; hours may vary.

• Communicate shipment instructions with internal staff, drivers, and carriers to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate and execute shipping schedules, including dispatching local freight.
• Prepare shipping documentation and arrange transportation with carriers.
• Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against orders, bills of lading, and inventory records.
• Partner with operations and production teams to align product readiness with shipping timelines.
• Track, log, and manage inventory and shipment status to ensure on-time delivery.
• Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for quality and accuracy; resolve discrepancies, damages, or shortages.
• Coordinate yard movements and support logistics reporting, issue resolution, and compliance activities.
• Perform all other duties assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of mobile equipment experience in a warehouse or shipping environment.
• Mobile equipment certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Familiarity with LOTO procedures.
• Intermediate computer skills for data entry and system navigation.
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Travel requirements less than 5%.

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 12 hours) during the work shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 55 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to climb steps, stairs, ladders, and mount/dismount mobile equipment.
• Ability to frequently bend, twist, squat, kneel, reach, pull, and push.
