Game Stop - 3555 East Main Street - Responsibilities:
Lead store operations and supervise staff to deliver outstanding guest service and sales across the store and district as needed;
Recruit, hire, train, and develop associates, ensuring onboarding and compliance training;
Schedule staff, manage payroll and timekeeping, and monitor inventory and loss prevention;
Ensure effective merchandising, Omni-Channel order fulfillment, and bank deposits; maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment;
Collaborate with District Manager to implement store initiatives and meet sales, profit, and shrink goals
