Job Duties and Responsibilities- Operate case‑packers and perform quality checks as required.
- Maintain and clean the case packer and surrounding equipment according to guidelines and expectations.
- Inspect finished product before being cased.
- React and resolve any alarm issues related to the case packer.
- Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately.
- Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues.
- Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.
- The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by the employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required. Other duties may be assigned as required.
- Lift 50 lbs.
- Preventative maintenance on equipment as needed.
- GMPS.
- Forklift certified.
- Ability to pass a drug screen / background check.
