Production Operator – Second Shift

Holland Colours, located in Richmond, Indiana, is looking for a second shift Production Operator.

• Picking up and checking the required raw materials based on the production order.
• Creating production batches according to the production order, with attention to quality and quantity.
• Setting up and operating machine(s) in all production departments.
• Offering production samples to the Quality Control department and carrying out any adjustments advised.
• Packing the finished product.
• Completing the production order and keeping a retain sample.
• Cleaning the machine(s), materials and the area.
• Working independently as well as in a team with colleagues.
• Demonstrating eagerness to learn and ambition to grow in a production role (to become an all‑around production employee).
• Experience with an extruder is preferred.

Experience with an extruder is preferred. The candidate should be able to work independently and in a team, be eager to learn, and show ambition to grow within the production departments.
