Build a career where craftsmanship meets precision. If you take pride in converting a blueprint into a flawless part—and you believe quality, safety, and accountability are non‑negotiable—you’ll feel at home here. We are growing and looking for a specialist who can program, set up, and run CNC mills and lathes while keeping an eye on throughput, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

- Program zero and reference points, set tool registers/offsets/compensation/conditional switches, and verify with math, geometry, and trig.
- Install three‑ and four‑jaw chucks, collets, bushings, cams, gears, stops, and stock pushers—and indicating vises and tramming heads.
- Safely load stock, monitor cuts (drilling, grooving, turning, facing), and make real‑time adjustments or reprograms to stay within spec.
- Document production and quality results and stay on top of preventive maintenance.

- Attendance that reflects professionalism: on time, prepared, following your schedule, remaining engaged all shift, and using unscheduled leave sparingly.
- Quality built in—delivering to customer requirements the first time.
- Safety compliance 100% of the time with required PPE and all site rules.
- Accountability for the quantity and quality of your work—and a drive to raise the bar.
