What You'll Do:

You will be the go-to expert for troubleshooting and repairing the machinery that keeps our lines moving. Every day brings something new, and your problem-solving skills will shine.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose & repair hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical & mechanical issues
Perform welding & fabrication as needed
Follow OSHA & EPA standards
Work independently while making fast, informed decisions by following written and verbal instructions

What You'll Bring:

2+ years in Industrial Maintenance
Hands-on experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, basic electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting & repair
Welding / fabrication skills a plus
Strong communication, safety mindset and tool ownership

Hiring Requirements:

Drug Screen, background check, and pre-employment physical with a lift test
Reference check
Must own basic tools

Pay & Perks:

$20-$30/hr starting pay – Raise at 90 days
$2/hr shift premium for 2nd & 3rd shifts
Quarterly Bonus - Average $1,500
