This hands‑on role gives you the opportunity to lead continuous improvement initiatives, cut production costs, and directly impact overall plant performance.

Schedule:
Enjoy a consistent daytime shift, working Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm. - On‑Site Impact:
Work directly on the production floor where your optimizations deliver immediate, measurable results.
- Analyze & Improve:
Evaluate production and manufacturing processes to eliminate inefficiencies, increase throughput, and boost profitability. - Design & Implement:
Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to optimize workflows and facility layouts. - Measure & Standardize:
Conduct time studies, work measurements, and capacity analyses to build standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. - Collaborate & Train:
Partner with cross-functional teams in operations, quality, maintenance, and supply chain while training staff on updated continuous improvement practices. - Track & Report:
Monitor core performance metrics?including OEE, cycle times, labor efficiency, and scrap reduction?to perform cost-benefit analyses for plant leadership. - Automate & Optimize:
Assess equipment utilization and recommend modern automation solutions to maximize overall equipment effectiveness.

Standard
Schedule:
Enjoy a consistent daytime shift, working Monday through Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm.
- Certifications:
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. - Software Systems:
Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and database querying (SQL). - Design & Simulation:
Proficiency with AutoCAD, facility layout software, or simulation modeling tools (Arena, Simio, Flex Sim). - Advanced Analytics:
Familiarity with statistical software programs such as Minitab or visualization tools like Power BI/Tableau.
Bachelors
Experience4-7 years
Qualifications- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related engineering field. - Methodology:
Strong foundational knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, including root cause analysis and value stream mapping. - Technical Proficiency:
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, statistical analysis, process mapping, and data visualization tools. - Core Abilities:
Proven track record in time studies, facility layout optimization, and project management combined with excellent cross-functional teamwork skills.
