Litho Offset Printing Press Operator – 2nd Shift
Richmond, IN 47374 | $25-$27/Hour
Job SummaryWe are hiring an experienced Litho Offset Printing Press Operator for our 2nd shift production team. This position is responsible for setting up and operating offset printing presses, monitoring print quality, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring production goals are met.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate lithographic offset printing presses
- Monitor print quality and make necessary adjustments
- Review job specifications and production schedules
- Troubleshoot minor press and print issues
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning
- Complete quality and production documentation
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
- 2+ years of offset printing press experience
- Experience with color matching and quality control
- Ability to read job tickets and production specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Manufacturing or commercial printing experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for an entire shift
