Hours:

Approximately 40–45 hours per week with limited weekend work Position Summary We are seeking a MIG Welder to join a growing manufacturing operation supporting the fabrication of steel components and assemblies. This is a hands-on production welding position that requires the ability to read blueprints, produce consistent welds, and work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities Perform MIG welding on steel parts and fabricated assemblies

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld specifications

Set up and operate welding equipment for production work Inspect completed welds for quality and consistency

Use tape measures, gauges, calipers, and other measuring equipment as needed

Complete fabrication and assembly work according to production specifications

Maintain an organized and safe work area

Work independently while meeting daily production and quality expectations

Follow established safety procedures and manufacturing standards

Qualifications MIG welding experience or completion of a welding/trade school program

Experience welding steel

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Ability to pass a hands-on MIG steel weld test Comfortable using basic measuring and inspection tools

Reliable attendance and ability to work independently
