• Follow order specifications/special instructions and ensure all production materials are at press prior to set-up
• Set up, operate and maintain UV digital press with high proficiency
• Operate assigned press through production run performing required adjustments, maintenance, and maintaining consistent quality
• RIP files produced from data files using digital print equipment
• Records and reports all finished production. Completes and processes all related documentation via PC or tablet
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment by following all company safety policies and procedures and reporting unsafe conditions and incidents, while maintaining quality standards
• Record maintenance and service calls in maintenance logbook as required
• Trains, assists, and supports other team members in problem solving and meeting department goals. Continuously reviews current processes and searches out improvement methods to improve product/process quality, reduce waste, rework and unnecessary work that adds no value to the work or process
• Perform general housekeeping tasks and waste removal within department/group and assists other areas as required.
• Work enthusiastically to meet or exceed all performance goals
• Conduct regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective action on equipment to achieve maximum machine performance based on equipment specifications and acquired knowledge of machine operations
• Manage role with an understanding of changing priorities, sense of urgency, execution of results and support for the team
• Inspect all proofs and final product before releasing to internal or external customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Able to continuously stand, stoop, and bend
• Proficient in basic math calculation
• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
• Learn and demonstrate basic PC skills reporting production
• Understand RIP software.
• Must have good vision including ability to review color
• Read and follow work orders and production schedules
• Able to work with management to achieve company goals
• Accept direction from supervisors, management and peers to improve quality and performance
• Work together with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Communicate professionally (verbal and interpersonal) with all levels of management and non-management personnel
