Job Details
The purpose of this position is to build and strengthen lifelong faith formation in Christ among the children, youth, and families in our congregation by creatively combining leadership, worship opportunities, and dynamic engagement with families.
Strengths for this position include:
- Leading current ministry and creating new ministry opportunities
- Providing a welcoming environment for building relationships
- Utilizing volunteers and peer leaders, and collaborating with parents and caregivers
- Organization and effective communication skills
- Ability to share a Christ-centered message with the congregation on a fairly regular basis, as well as teaching Bible studies, Confirmation, and First Communion with the Pastor
Salary: $42,000 - $54,000
